About the Wellness Center

The Wellness Center is open seven days a week. Monday through Friday 5:45am-10pm, Saturday 7am-6pm and Sunday 8am-6pm.

The Wellness Center includes cardio and strength equipment, a TRX training bay, two stretching areas, a three lane indoor track and a group exercise studio. Pav YMCA members and guests age 16 and older have full access to the Wellness Center during the open hours. Youth ages 13-15 may use only the cardio equipment under adult supervision and the completion of a FitKidz orientation.

The Wellness Center is available for individual exercise, personal training, and small group training. Individuals using the Wellness Center are expected to follow safety policies and guidelines.

Volunteer Expectations

Wellness Center Attendants are educated and experienced in the fitness, wellness, and exercise fields and they are able to pass along their expertise to YMCA members and guests. The Wellness Center Attendants provide customer service to members and guests with cardio, strength, and stretching areas of the Wellness center and the entire second floor of the Pav YMCA. Attendants organize and clean their areas of responsibility and promote proper policies and procedures to all members and guests.
